Turnkey packages
One contractor, start to finish — no coordination headaches
Most electricians leave a broken wall behind. We close it. Our turnkey packages — like the Panel + Stucco Patch Combo — combine the electrical work and the finish work into a single fixed-scope job.
- Panel + stucco patch combo
- One scope, one quote
- Owner-operated

Why turnkey exists
Electrical jobs almost always touch drywall, stucco, or finish work. Most contractors hand that part off — to you.
- Panel swaps that leave open stucco behind the meter
- Rewires that need wall and ceiling patching after the circuits land
- EV charger runs through finished walls that need touch-up
- Tenant improvements that need lighting plus drywall plus paint
- Service-mast and weatherhead work with exterior finish to match
- Multi-trade projects where someone has to own the schedule
How it works
Our 3-step process.
Scope the full job
We look at the electrical work and the finish work together — what wall is opening, what needs to close, what finish has to match. The full picture goes into one scope.
One quote, one schedule
You get a single fixed-scope estimate that covers the electrical, the patching, the finish, the permits, and the inspection — with a single schedule, not three subcontractor calendars.
Execute and walk through
We sequence the trades, run the install, close the wall, schedule the inspection, and walk you through the finished work. You don't chase anyone.
Why turnkey is our flagship
One contractor, start to finish. No coordination headaches.
The whole reason we built this offering: customers were tired of finishing the wall themselves or chasing a second trade. Now it's our job.
The Panel + Stucco Patch Combo
Our canonical turnkey example. Panel swap, mast work, and stucco patch — sized, scoped, and finished as one job. No second contractor required.
Transparent, one-quote scope
We explain what we're doing and why, every step of the way — and the quote covers everything we said it would.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions.
What's actually in a turnkey package?
Whatever the job needs to close cleanly. For a panel upgrade, that's the panel work plus the stucco or drywall patch. For an EV charger, it's the circuit plus any wall touch-up. For a tenant improvement, it's the electrical plus the finish work. One scope, one quote.
Do you actually do the drywall and stucco yourselves?
We handle the work in-house or with our trusted finish trades, scheduled and managed by us — not subcontracted out to whoever the customer found on their own. The result is the same: one point of contact, one final walkthrough.
Is turnkey more expensive than hiring separately?
Usually it's competitive or cheaper, because we sequence the trades around the same trip and the same scope. And it saves you the time of sourcing a patcher, scheduling them, and paying a separate trip charge.
Can you do a custom turnkey job that isn't a published package?
Yes. The Panel + Stucco Patch Combo is the canonical example, but the principle scales. Tell us the electrical scope and what finish work surrounds it, and we'll quote it as one job.
Are you insured?
Yes. We're an insured, owner-operated electrical contractor with 15+ years of experience serving San Diego County.
